Visit of Artificial Intelligence Students to the College of Education for Humanities.

On Tuesday, March 5, 2025, a number of students from the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering at Al-Ayen Iraqi University AUIQ visited the College of Education for Humanities - Department of Pedagogical and Psychological Sciences, with the aim of introducing graduate students and professors to the concept of AI and its role in developing scientific research.
The visit was supervised by Dr. Maitham Auday, and witnessed the presence of the President of Thi Qar University, along with a group of college professors and students. The visit included an introductory lecture that dealt with the applications of AI in Pedagogical and psychological research, with a focus on massive data analysis, computer modeling of human behavior, and the use of smart algorithms in interpreting Pedagogical phenomena.
The visit also witnessed interactive discussions between AI students and professors of human studies on ways to employ modern technical tools in analyzing academic studies. At the end of the visit, the attendees expressed the importance of enhancing cooperation between engineering and the humanities to keep pace with technological developments and benefit from them in various research fields, in consistent with the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals “Quality Education”, which focuses on ensuring quality and comprehensive education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all, including the use of modern technologies in developing the educational and research process.
